Colcom is seeking applications from enthusiastic, driven, and ambitious recent graduates who are interested in joining its dynamic Information Technology Department through the Graduate Trainee Program.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
A minimum academic achievement of 2.1 degree classification or higher.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
A keen interest in learning, innovation, and professional growth within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
