HARARE OFFICE — JOB OPPORTUNITY: OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Megafest Holdings is looking for a competent and adaptable Office Administrator with strong accounting expertise to oversee office functions and maintain financial records at the Harare branch.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
• Handle office correspondence, filing systems, and supply management.
• Prepare financial documents, oversee petty cash, and reconcile accounts.
• Support budgeting, invoicing, and payment processing activities.
• Organize schedules, meetings, and general office activities.
• Assist management with administrative tasks and financial reporting.

Requirements & How to apply

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in office administration and accounting.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and maintaining financial records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Pastel or QuickBooks is an added advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
