Job Title: Product Pricing and Performance Analytics Manager
Organization: AFC Commercial Bank (a subsidiary of AFC Holdings)
Reports to:Head of Strategy


Overview:
AFC Commercial Bank is seeking a skilled professional to lead the development and execution of pricing strategies and product profitability analysis. The ideal candidate will provide key insights that support executive-level decision-making, with the goal of enhancing financial performance, strategic alignment, and efficiency across all departments.


Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate how products are performing across all business units.
- Create and maintain profitability scorecards for various units.
- Design pricing strategies for loans, deposits, digital services, and transaction fees.
- Analyze factors like revenue leakage, price sensitivity, and profit margins.
- Develop financial models for new products, pilot projects, and feasibility assessments.
- Support board and executive committee submissions with data-driven insights.
- Lead the design of strategic dashboards used by executives and the board.
- Deliver profitability reports based on product type, branch, or customer segment.
- Maintain a central performance database.
- Champion the use of advanced analytics and automation tools for better reporting.

Required Skills
- Expertise in financial modeling and scenario planning.
- Strong background in pricing strategies and profitability analysis.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
- Strategic thinking and effective communication with senior leadership.
- Programming knowledge in SQL, Python, or R is a plus.


Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Actuarial Science).
- MBA or similar postgraduate degree is an added advantage.
- At least 5 years' experience in product pricing, analytics, or financial modeling (preferably in banking).
- Solid experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau), advanced Excel, and data programming.
