Vacancy: Receptionist

Megafest Holdings is seeking a well-groomed, professional, and approachable individual to take up the role of Receptionist at their Harare office.

Main Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional way
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and messages
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable
- Organize appointments and manage office schedules
- Offer administrative assistance across various departments

Requirements & How to apply

Qualifications & Skills Required:
- At least 5 O-Level passes (must include English)
- Certificate or diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Management, or a related area (advantageous)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good people skills and professional demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role is a plus
